The elevator and escalators were out of order. The parking is in the Miracle Mile Mall half way across the entire mall. This has been one of my worse lodging I’ve experienced. Overall the hotel was clean and the room was nice and aside from the aforementioned issues it was a pleasant stay but I would probably try elsewhere next time since there are so many choices out there. My gf and I were there to have fun just not quite that kind. Also the woman pounding on our door at 4am and again a little later claiming she was an escort looking for some guy named Steve who had called for her and apparently gave our room number was a real Vegas treat. Seems like you’d want to keep someone at the machine feeding it money not up looking for a place to get a drink if you owned a casino. The casino was not very busy just apparently poorly staffed unless you wanted a 15-25 dollar drink+tip then it was no problem getting one which is what I ended up doing a few times. Spent several hours playing slots over the course of two days(Tuesday,Wednesday)on the casino floor and got exactly 1 “free” drink which I tipped for on day 1 and one order taken for a “free” drink but after waiting a half hour for it to arrive I gave up and bought my own on day 2.
